Wade has earned the recognition for his distinguished service of representing Montecito and Santa Barbara real estate for over 30 years. He specializes in luxury homes and ranch estate properties. Starting his real estate career in Los Angeles, he moved to Montecito in 1987, quickly establishing a loyal real estate following. Some of his clients who purchased homes decades ago have recently resold those properties and moved to their replacement homes with Wade's representation. His clients include celebrities and business leaders. Prior to focusing on his real estate career, Wade worked in Business Management as a CPA accountant in Beverly Hills. He worked on behalf of his clients with top legal firms thereby gaining a broad business experience, which still benefits his present clients in their real estate transactions. Included in this experience were the development and construction of estates and ranches. He also learned committed confidentiality to his clients' business affairs and when appropriate to guide them to outside counsel.
